I’ve never talked about the path to my bipolar diagnosis, a journey that took over 15 years. Here I am going into detail about the early signs of mental health illness in my childhood that would stay with me through college when social media bullying triggered a spiral that ultimately led to me getting help. I share this today in hopes more people will recognize early signs to get help, especially as we re-enter the world. Again, this is only my second video so bear with me!
